In a large bowl place in the butter,almond butter, stevia and vanilla extract.
Mix well and add in ground almonds or almond flour.
Fold in chocolate chips and transfer the cookie batter into a mini muffin
tin to form mini muffin cups.
Let it chill 30 minutes in the fridge or 15 minutes in the freezer.
Serve and enjoy.

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup ground almonds/almond flour
- ½ cup Lilys chocolate chips
Instructions
