How To Make Keto Chocolate Fudge Cookies
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine almond flour, cocoa, powdered sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Mix in heavy cream until dough forms – it will be fudgy.
Mix in chocolate chips.
Using a small cookie scoop, make 10 cookie balls and place them on the parchment lined baking sheet.
Keep about an inch between cookies but they will not grow in size.
Check on them starting at 10 minutes.
Once done, let cool for 25 minutes, then dust with Swerve powdered sugar.

- 3 tablespoons of Swerve powdered sugar

- ¼ cup Lily’s baking chips

- ¼ teaspoon salt
