  • ¼ teaspoon Xanthan gum
  • ½ cup Shredded unsweetened coconut
  • ⅔ cup Sliced almonds
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • pinch nutmeg
  • 8 tablespoon Butter unsalted and melted
  • ½ cup Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 Egg
