Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Add the ingredients for the cookies
to a mixing bowl
and beat on high
until smooth.
Place the dough into the freezer for 30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
Wet your hands slightly, and form the dough into 16 small even sized balls of dough.
Flatten the balls of dough slightly into a wafer shape, and place them onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Let the wafers cool completely.
If a more clean cut wafer shape is desired, you can use a small round cookie cutter to cut a clean shape from the resulting cookies before serving.
