How To Make Keto Nutter Butter Peanut Butter Cookies
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl
combine the ingredients for the cookies, and beat together until well blended.
Separate the dough into 20 equal pieces, and form each one into an oblong shape.
Flat each oblong cookie, and pinch in the center to form the shape of a peanut.
Take the tines of a fork and press it in a criss cross design across the top of each of the cookies.

and blend until creamy and smooth.

- ⅓ cup Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract

- 2 tablespoon Butter softened
- ¼ cup Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract

There are 20 cookies that you put the filling on one then top with another cookie. 1 serving is one sandwiched cookie

Is low carb peanut butter just natural peanut butter (no sugar) ?

These were a great treat. I used both crunchy and creamy (no sugar added) peanut butter: crunchy for cookie and creamy for filling. Definitely need to freeze so cookie stays together otherwise it’s a crumbly mess.
