How to make keto sugar cookies
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour
and confectioners sugar substitute.
Add cream cheese
butter
and vanilla to the dry ingredients, and blend on high until a thick dough is formed.
Freeze the dough for 30 minutes to chill.
Form the dough into balls and flatten, then bake the sugar cookies for 10-12 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Allow the cookies to cool before serving, as the warm cookies will be very soft, and will harden a bit as they cool.

- ⅓ C. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- 4 Tbsp. Butter softened
- 3 oz. Cream cheese softened
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
