Preheat oven 90 degrees C / 200 degrees F

Keto Coconut Flour Cheese Crackers
Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Chop spinach and boil it for 3 minutes.
  2. Drain water
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  4. Put the dough on a baking sheet and roll the dough
  5. Cut into squares.
  6. Preheat oven 90 degrees C / 200 degrees F
  7. Bake 40 minutes

Recipe Notes
Yield about 20 crackers – you can cut smaller for more crackers.

    I’m ready to try this recipe. It looks so good and being GF I’m thrilled to make it for my family.

    One question: the recipe called for an OVEN TEMP OF 90 DEGREES??? Is that correct?
