How To Make Keto Goldfish Crackers
Place the cheddar cheese
mozzarella, and cream cheeses into a microwave safe bowl. Heat at 30 second intervals until the cheeses are completely melted and can be well combined into a type of dough.
Add the almond flour,
onion powder and salt to taste to the cheese dough, and knead with your hands until incorporated well.
Place the dough into a mixing bowl with the egg, and beat on high until smooth.
Put the dough into the freezer to chill for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Remove the chilled dough, and roll it out to about ¼ of an inch thick between two pieces of parchment paper.
Use a small goldfish shaped cookie cutter to cut out the goldfish shapes and place them on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until cooked through and browned.

- ¼ cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 ounce Cream cheese
- 1 cup Almond flour
- ¼ teaspoon Onion powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 Eggs
- Small Goldfish cookie cutter (like this)
