Mix all ingredients except the blueberries until smooth.
Cover a baking tray with foil to create a rectangle.
Spread the mix over the foil.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Remove from the refrigerator, and place the mix on a cutting table.
Cut in 1 inch bars (you can also cut the bars in halve to obtain squares).
Cover with blueberries

- 170 gr./6 oz. Almond Flour
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 4 tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp. Stevia
- 1 tsp. Lemon Zest
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except the blueberries until smooth.
