Mix all ingredients except the blueberries until smooth.









Cover a baking tray with foil to create a rectangle.

Spread the mix over the foil.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Remove from the refrigerator, and place the mix on a cutting table.

Cut in 1 inch bars (you can also cut the bars in halve to obtain squares).

Cover with blueberries

Keto Lemon Blueberry Fat Bombs

Ingredients

  • 200 gr./7 oz. Full Fat Cream Cheese
  • 170 gr./6 oz. Almond Flour
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 4 tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp. Stevia
  • 1 tsp. Lemon Zest
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except the blueberries until smooth.
