- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 2 tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar
- 10 drops Caramel Stevia
- ½ tsp Cinnamon Powder
- ½ tsp Apple Extract
- Blend butter, almond flour, swerve brown sugar, caramel stevia, cinnamon, and apple extract in a bowl.
- Leave to partially set in the chiller for about 15 minutes.
- Whisk all ingredients for the crumb coating in a bowl.
- Scoop the mixture into balls and roll to coat in the crumb mixture.
- Freeze until ready to serve.
