- powdered erythritol
- vanilla extract

What Ice Cream Scoop Should I Use?
You can use any ice cream scoop or if you have a tablespoon that works great too! Anything you have on hand to make perfect bite-size portions. Silicon molds work great for fat bombs to – they easily pop right out when you want a fat bomb. You can buy them on amazon here.
What Keto Friendly Sweetener Should You Use?
In this recipe I used powdered erythriol. I like using this keto sweetener as I don’t feel it leaves any kind of after taste. Also, keep in mind that you can use your favorite keto sweetener if this one doesn’t do it for you. You can try monk fruit sweetener, Stevia or Swerve sweetener.
How To Store Fat Bombs:
These will last about 1 week in an air-tight container in the refrigerate or freezer. Enjoy cold!
