How to make keto fudge
In a pot over medium heat on the stove, add the heavy whipping cream, 2 tablespoons butter and the Swerve confectioners sugar substitute.
Whisk to combine well, and cook down until the mixture has thickened to a condensed milk consistency with a darkened color.
Remove the mixture from the heat and let cool for 10 minutes.
Once the fudge has cooled a bit, stir in the vanilla and white chocolate chips.
Pour the fudge mixture into a foil or parchment lined small ramekin or container, and place in the freezer to chill until hardened and set.
In a pot over medium heat on the stove, add the ingredients for the caramel drizzle, and whisk to combine.
Cook down until the mixture forms a weblike appearance and starts to darken.
Remove the caramel sauce from the heat, and let cool.
Drizzle the caramel sauce on the set fudge, and garnish with the chopped macadamia nuts before serving.
