  • 3 oz. Cream cheese
  • ¼ C. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar free sprinkles (couple of options either this one or this one) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Mix the coconut flour, baking powder and ⅓ C. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute together in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  3. Add ½ C butter, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla extract, ¼ tsp butter extract and 1 Tbsp coconut oil to the dry ingredients and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
