How To Make Keto Mousse
Cut avocado
Combine avocados, lemon juice, spirulina, and stevia in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
Whisk heavy cream and vanilla extract in a bowl to medium stiff peaks.
Set aside about a quarter cup for later.
Add avocado puree into the bowl of whipped cream and gently fold until well combined.
Divide mousse into serving cups and top with more whipped cream and cacao nibs.
Serve chilled.
