Keto Mug Cakes – Low Carb Microwave Vanilla Mug Cake Recipe
Grease a mug or ramekin dish
In a bowl add coconut flour, almond flour, baking soda and sweetener –
stir to combine
Beat egg, oil, vanilla and almond milk in another bowl until combined
Combine dry ingredients to wet ingredients – stir to combine
Pour into greased mug or ramekin dish
Microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes to 2 minutes (microwave times will vary
– so keep any eye on it)
It will be very hot when taking out of microwave so be careful. Let sit for
a few minutes
Enjoy warm
You can sprinkle cinnamon on top
