How To Make Keto Bacon Pancake Sticks
Whisk together egg, heavy cream, butter, and erythritol in a bowl.
Blend in coconut flour and baking powder. Transfer the batter to a squeeze bottle.
Set a non-stick pan over low-medium heat and lightly coat with non-stick spray.
Squeeze batter into the pan, forming an oval shape slightly bigger than a strip of bacon.
Set bacon on top and squeeze on more batter on top.
Cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
