Whisk all ingredients for the bread in a microwave-safe dish.
Cook in the microwave for 90 seconds.
Allow bread to cool for a few minutes then slice in half diagonally.
Top one half with sugar-free pizza sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni slices.
Top with the other half.
Toast in a non-stick pan until brown on both sides.
Set aside
Add a few slices of pepperoni into the same pan then top with about a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella.
Set toast on top and toast for another minute.
Serve

IngredientsFor the Bread
- 2 tbsp Butter, melted
- 2 tbsp Heavy Cream
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
For the Filling
- 1.5 tbsp Sugar-Free Pizza Sauce
- 6 slices Pepperoni
- ¼ cup Shredded Mozzarella
- a few leaves Fresh Basil, chopped
- 1/4 tsp Dried Oregano
For Topping
- 3 slice Pepperoni
- 1 tbsp Shredded Mozzarella
Instructions
