Keto Pepperoni Pizza Grilled Cheese

Whisk all ingredients for the bread in a microwave-safe dish.

Cook in the microwave for 90 seconds.

 

Keto Pepperoni Pizza Grilled Cheese

 

Allow bread to cool for a few minutes then slice in half diagonally.

Top one half with sugar-free pizza sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni slices.

Top with the other half.

Toast in a non-stick pan until brown on both sides.

 

Set aside

Keto Pepperoni Pizza Grilled Cheese
IngredientsFor the Bread

  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder

For the Filling

  • 1.5 tbsp Sugar-Free Pizza Sauce
  • 6 slices Pepperoni
  • ¼ cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • a few leaves Fresh Basil, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Dried Oregano

For Topping

  • 3 slice Pepperoni
  • 1 tbsp Shredded Mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients for the bread in a microwave-safe dish.
  2. Cook in the microwave for 90 seconds.
  3. Allow bread to cool for a few minutes then slice in half diagonally.
  4. Top one half with sugar-free pizza sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni slices. Top with the other half.
  5. Toast in a non-stick pan until brown on both sides. Set aside
  6. Add a few slices of pepperoni into the same pan then top with about a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella.
  7. Set toast on top and toast for another minute.
