How to make keto pizza pull apart bread
Place the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl.
Heat at 30 second intervals in the microwave until completely melted and well combined.
In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour
baking powder
and brown sugar substitute until well blended.
Add the cheese mixture to the dry ingredients, and knead the dough with your hands until completely combined.
Blend two eggs into the dough mixture until smooth.
Place the dough into the freezer to set for 30 minutes.
This will make the dough less sticky and easier to handle.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Separate the dough into 12 equal sized balls.
In a bowl, combine the parmesan cheese
Italian seasoning
and garlic powder.
Mix well.
Roll each dough ball into the Parmesan mixture
and then place on a well greased baking sheet, flattening slightly with your hands.
Bake for 5 minutes, or until the dough balls have begun to spread out a bit towards each other.
Remove the tray from the oven, and top the bread with the cheddar cheese and pepperoni slices.
Return the tray to the oven, and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until browned and completely cooked through.
Let cool slightly, and then pull apart to serve.
