How to Make Keto Black Bean Cream Cheese Taquitos
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Mix together the beans, cream cheese, spice mix and chicken in a mixing bowl until well combined.
Arrange the cheese into 8 circles on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Place the cheese into the oven for 6-8 minutes, or until the edges of the cheese circles are beginning to brown.
Let the cheese cool for a minute or two, and then place a layer of filling down the center of each circle.
Carefully roll the cheese up and over the filling for each circle.
Let the taquitos cool and harden before serving.

- 6 oz. Cream cheese softened
- 1 Tbsp. Mexican blend spice mix
- 2 C. Shredded taco blend cheese
- ΒΌ C. Chopped green onions
