To start you will need clear glycerin soap (this one works great)
Cut out one square
Put the soap in a microwave safe container, bowl or cup
Melt in the microwave on 20 second increments until fully melted
Grab some highlighter markers
Remove the plastic piece from the bottom
Now you will need a cup that you will throw away
Squeeze the highlighter ink into the cup (use gloves)
Quickly pour the highlighter ink into the melted soap
Now stir together
Choose the type of container you would like to pour the mixture into
or you can use a soap mold – like this some other
ideas EOS lip balm container, lipstick
Take the EOS lip balm container apart by removing the middle piece
Pour mixture into container and place in freezer (until solid)
Here it is after it was out of the freezer
You can also make a lipstick mold with Amazing Mold Putty
Once out of freezer place in old lipstick container
Or you can make round soap or you can use a soap mold – like this
