Smores Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

- 3 rolls of store bought chocolate chip cookie dough
- 1 1/4 C graham cracker crumbs
- 1 jar marshmallow crème (7oz)
- 1/2 C chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Prep two square baking pans by lining with parchment paper.
- Break up the 1 roll of cookie dough in a large bowl.
- Add the graham cracker crumbs and mix well in with the broken cookie dough.
- Press down the cookie dough with the graham cracker crumbs into one pan and then push down another roll of cookie dough into the second pan
- Bake each at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes.
- Remove them both from the oven and immediately press the chocolate chips into the baked cookie dough mixture.
- Spread marshmallow cream over one of the baked cookie dough.
- Place the marshmallow creme layer back in the oven for an additional 20 minutes
- Allow to cool for a few minutes
- Remove the other layer of cookie dough and place on top of the marshmallow creme
- Cut into squares and enjoy
