How To Make Weight Watchers 3 Ingredient Lemon Cookies
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine all ingredients
in a bowl
and stir into a smooth dough.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and freeze for at least 15 minutes.
Take dough out and form into 8 equal balls.
Set on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
Slightly flatten each ball then press an indent on top with a fork.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Take out of the oven and leave to cool on the pan for 10-15 minutes.
Serve
