  • 2 tsp. Baking powder
  • ¼ C. + ¼ C. Swerve brown sugar substitute divided
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 4 Tbsp. + 4 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter unsalted and melted
  • 3 Tbsp. Heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp + ½ tsp Cinnamon divided
  • ⅓ C. Pecan halves
