- ½ cup Almond Milk
- 3 tbsp. Shredded Coconut
- 2 tbsp. Stevia
- 2 tbsp. Cream Cheese
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 tsp. Grounded Cinnamon
For the topping:
