How To Make Weight Watchers Waffle Pizza
Preheat your mini waffle maker.
In a mixing bowl, combine the egg, ½ C. fat free mozzarella cheese
Italian seasoning
garlic powder
almond flour and parmesan cheese
milk. Whisk together until all the ingredients are well combined.
Place half of the batter mixture into the heated waffle maker, and cook for 3-5 minutes until your desired level of doneness has been reached.
Remove the first waffle, and place the second half of the batter into the waffle maker.
Cook the second waffle for another 3-5 minutes and then remove.
Top each pizza waffle with 1 ½ tablespoons of the sugar free marinara sauce
half of the remaining mozzarella cheese
and 3 pepperoni slices each.
Place the topped pizza waffles under the broiler for a few minutes until the cheese on top is melted and bubbly.

- 1 Egg
- 1 tablespoon Almond flour
- 1 ½ tablespoon Fat Free Milk
- ¾ cup Fat Free Mozzarella cheese divided
- ¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
- ¼ cup Reduced Fat Parmesan cheese grated
- 3 tablespoon Sugar Free marinara sauce
- 6 Turkey Pepperoni slices
Instructions
- Preheat your mini waffle maker.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the egg, almond flour, milk, ½ C. fat free mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and parmesan cheese. Whisk together until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Place half of the batter mixture into the heated waffle maker, and cook for 3-5 minutes until your desired level of doneness has been reached.
