Instructions
Place one tablespoon of the coconut oil and the chocolate baking chips into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave at 30 second intervals until completely melted and well blended. Set the chocolate mixture aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, the second tablespoon of coconut oil, peanut butter, Swerve sweetener and vanilla extract. Blend the ingredients on high until smooth and creamy.
Place the peanut butter mixture into the freezer to chill for 20-30 minutes.
Form the peanut butter mixture into small fat bombs, and place 2-3 peanuts in the center of each one.
Dip the prepared snickers fat bombs into the chocolate mixture, and place the fat bombs back into the freezer to chill until the chocolate has hardened.
Serve immediately, or store uneaten fat bombs in an airtight container in the freezer.
