  • 3 tablespoon Low carb peanut butter or almond butter
  • 3 tablespoon Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Peanuts
  • ¼ cup Lilys chocolate baking chips

Instructions
 

  • Place one tablespoon of the coconut oil and the chocolate baking chips into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave at 30 second intervals until completely melted and well blended. Set the chocolate mixture aside.

    I thought peanuts were a no-no on keto? can these be replaced with toasted almonds, walnuts or macadamias?

      Of course you can replace w macs or any other nut you feel fits your way of eating. Peanuts are not our friend on K.

    These look delish!!! Exactly how much is .45 cup of Almond flour…in grams??? I usually weigh dry ingredients….looks like less than 1/2 cup but I like to be exact. Thanks!
