1Can Palmini angel hair noodles rinsed and drained well
2C.Broccoli florets
1Red bell pepper sliced
β C.Green onions chopped
1Tbsp.Olive oil
Sesame seeds for garnish
For the sauce:
β C.Soy sauce
ΒΌC.Swerve brown sugar substitute
3Tbsp.Rice vinegar
1tsp.Ginger paste
2tsp.Minced garlic
1tsp.Sesame oil
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the sauce, and whisk together well.
Place the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat on the stove.
Add the broccoli, red pepper, green onions and palmini noodles to the skillet, and toss to combine. Cover, and cook until the vegetables become a crisp tender.
Stir in the sauce, and cook for an additional 5 minutes uncovered.
