Ingredients
  

  • 1 Can Palmini angel hair noodles rinsed and drained well
  • 2 C. Broccoli florets
  • 1 Red bell pepper sliced
  • ⅓ C. Green onions chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

For the sauce:

  • ⅓ C. Soy sauce
  • ¼ C. Swerve brown sugar substitute
  • 3 Tbsp. Rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Ginger paste
  • 2 tsp. Minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. Sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the sauce, and whisk together well.
  • Place the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat on the stove.
  • Add the broccoli, red pepper, green onions and palmini noodles to the skillet, and toss to combine. Cover, and cook until the vegetables become a crisp tender.
