Place the chopped spinach on a paper towel lined plate to drain for five minutes.
Stir together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, parmesan cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts, and garlic. Place the dip in the bowl of a 1.5 quart slow cooker.
Heat on low for three hours. Stir the dip before serving.
