Blue Hawaiian Jello Shots
You can't go wrong with these delicious Blue Hawaiian Jello shots.
Ingredients
- 10-2- ounce plastic shot glasses
- 1-3 oz box blue jello
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup Blue Curaçao liquor
- 1/2 cup rum
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 10 fresh pineapple wedges
- 10 maraschino cherries without stems, drained and patted dry
Instructions
- Place the plastic cups on a baking sheet, tray or cutting board
- Add the boiling water to a large measuring cup. Add in the jello and gently whisk until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Add in the Blue Curaçao, rum and pineapple juice to the measuring cup. Gently whisk until ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into the cups. Place the cups in the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, cut fresh pineapple into bite-size wedges, and cut a slit into each pineapple wedge. Place each wedge onto the rim of each jello shot cup. Place a maraschino cherry on top of the blue gelatin, in the middle.
