Instructions
Place the plastic cups on a baking sheet, tray or cutting board
Add the boiling water to a large measuring cup. Add in the jello and gently whisk until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Add in the Blue Curaçao, rum and pineapple juice to the measuring cup. Gently whisk until ingredients are fully incorporated.
Pour the mixture into the cups. Place the cups in the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours.
Before serving, cut fresh pineapple into bite-size wedges, and cut a slit into each pineapple wedge. Place each wedge onto the rim of each jello shot cup. Place a maraschino cherry on top of the blue gelatin, in the middle.
