How To Make Keto Southwest Chicken Cream Cheese Lasagna Roll Ups
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Add the shredded chicken, purple cabbage,
bell peppers,
green onions,
Jalapeno,
½ cup of the cheddar jack cheese
sour cream,
cumin,
chili powder,
oregano, cream cheese and salt and pepper to taste to a large mixing bowl. Stir to combine well.
Place a bit of the filling mixture on the end of the palmini noodles, and roll them closed around it.
Add a single layer of the filled palmini noodles seam side down in a 9×9 well greased baking dish.
Top the rollups with ½ cup of salsa
and the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes and serve.

- 1 Can Palmini lasagna noodles rinsed and drained
- 8 oz. Shredded chicken
- ½ Red bell pepper chopped
- ½ Orange bell pepper chopped
- ½ Large Jalapeno finely chopped
- 1 C. Shredded purple cabbage
- ½ tsp. Cumin
- 1 tsp. Chili powder
- ½ tsp. Oregano
- 4 oz. Cream cheese
- ⅔ C. Sour cream
- 1 ½ C. Cheddar jack cheese shredded
- ¼ C. Chopped green onions
- ½ C. Salsa
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
