can you make these in a air fryer?
Suzanne says
Let me preface this that I am not a good cook. Mine came out less like little scones and more like roasted Swiss cheese (not a good cook), but I also doubled the cheddar and didn’t use mozzarella.
Still, the taste is DELICIOUS! Really enjoyed how quick and easy these are to make. I have to check myself or I’ll eat them all in one sitting!

How did you get yours so smooth? Mine taste great, but they look like little biscuits instead of puffs.

I did not have either cheddar or mozzarella but used 1/2 cup of Mexican blend cheese and they came out great. I love this recipe! I got 10 puffs.

Can I substitute the flower for the coconut flour? Just starting a keto diet.
Deanna says
Doubled the recipe, but only used one egg, used some parmesan, added a sprinkle of cayenne pepper, came out great. I will try different cheeses and seasonings.
Mary J Schaefer says
Didn’t have cheddar but I had American slices which I cut up and small pieces as if it were shredded.
Everything else was the same. Turned out wonderful.
