How To Make Keto Vegan Orange Creamsicle Popsicles
First, aromatize the Stevia with the orange peel, for this place the Stevia in a bowl with the orange zest and mix gently with your hand.
Blend the coconut cream with two teaspoons of Stevia, the orange zest and the vanilla essence for a couple of minutes.
Pour this mixture into the small molds – these are the ones I used; Place the wooden sticks in and take to the freezer for at least two hours.
*if you don’t have molds with 2 sizes – see recipe notes
When the Popsicle are firm, unmold carefully and insert the vanilla Popsicles into the large molds.
Sweeten the citrus juice, if necessary. Fill the rest of the mold with this juice, ensuring that the vanilla Popsicle are in the center.
Take to the freezer for two more hours, unmold and enjoy.

- 3 teaspoon stevia
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
