How To Make Christmas Mimosa

Step 1. I start by pouring the grapefruit juice into my champagne flute. This creates the perfect tart base for the mimosa and gives it that lovely citrus foundation that balances beautifully with the sweetness to come.

Step 2. Next, I pour the cran-raspberry juice into the flute. This is where the magic happens – watch as the beautiful pink color starts to develop! The cranberry-raspberry juice adds both sweetness and that gorgeous festive hue.

Step 3. Now for my favorite part – I fill the glass with the raspberry bubbly! Pour it slowly to maintain those beautiful bubbles. The effervescence brings everything together and creates that classic mimosa experience we all love.

Step 4. Finally, I add 2-3 fresh or frozen raspberries to each glass. They not only look absolutely stunning floating in the drink, but they also add little bursts of fresh berry flavor as you sip. Perfect for that festive finishing touch!
