How To Make Gingerbread Margarita
Step 1. I always start by preparing the glass first – it makes such a difference! Run a lime wedge along the rim of your cocktail glass, then dip it in a blend of cinnamon sugar to create that perfect spiced rim. Add ice to the glass and set it aside while you prepare the cocktail mixture.

Step 2. In a cocktail shaker, I combine the spiced rum, tequila, maple syrup, and cinnamon extract. The key here is to shake vigorously – I like to shake for at least 15-20 seconds to make sure all those flavors are perfectly blended and the mixture gets nice and cold.

Step 3. Now comes the fun part! Pour the cocktail mixture over the ice in your prepared glass, then slowly pour the ginger beer on top to fill the glass. I love how the ginger beer adds that perfect fizzy finish and creates beautiful layers in the drink.

Step 4. For the final touch, I add a pinch of nutmeg on top – it gives the drink that authentic gingerbread aroma. Then I drop in 3-4 whole allspice berries as garnish. They not only look beautiful but also continue to infuse the drink with warm spice flavors as you sip!
