Clean and Destem the green beans.
Cut beans in half add to the slow cooker.
Chop/ Dice onion add to beans.
Cut bacon into small pieces and add to crock pot. (if you prefer no meat – skip this step)
Clean and remove the leaf from the thyme and rosemary place in the slow cooker.
Add garlic along withย 3-4 cups of water to the slow cooker.
Mix together –ย Place lid on and cook on low. (6-8 hours)
Once finished, remove stems of the rosemary and thyme.
Scoop and serve.
