How to make french toast bites
Add cinnamon sugar and nutmeg to the powdered sugar to a small bowl, whisk together and set aside.
If desired, melt butter. Add in the vanilla, and butter (if you are using it) into the maple syrup and set aside.
(you can just use maple syrup)
In a medium size bowl, whisk together the egg whites and vanilla creamer.
Cut bread into approximately 72 cubes
Heat stove to medium. Spray pan and allow to warm up.
Dip bread cubes into egg mixture and place in pan.
Allow to brown on each side.
When all four sides are browned, roll the cubes into the powdered sugar.
Serve with the maple syrup and enjoy!

- One 14-ounce loaf of bakery bread (I used French bread)
- 1/2 cup vanilla creamer
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons McCormickβs Cinnamon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup butter (optional)
- Spray canola oil or butter flavored spray oil
Instructions
- Add cinnamon sugar and nutmeg to the powdered sugar to a small bowl, whisk together and set aside.
- If desired, melt butter. Add in the vanilla, and butter (if you are using it) into the maple syrup and set aside (you can just use maple syrup)
- In a medium size bowl, whisk together the egg whites and vanilla creamer.
