Ingredients
- 250 grams Gluten Free Spaghetti or Ramen Noodles cooked according to package instructions
- 3 cups Shredded Cabbage
- 1 medium Carrot thinly sliced
- 1 medium Bell Pepper sliced
- ½ cup Snow Peas
- 1/3 cup Shiitake Mushrooms sliced
- Green Onions chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Chicken Stock
- 2 tbsp Gluten Free Oyster Sauce
- 2 tbsp Gluten Free Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Sugar
Instructions
- Stir together all ingredients for the sauce. Set aside.
