How To Make Keto Fathead Dough Apple Pie Fries
Mix mozzarella
almond flour
cream cheese
and Erythritol in a bowl
and microwave until melted.
Add the egg and combine.
Divide the dough in two equal parts.
Place one ball of dough over baking paper, cover with baking paper and roll it thin.
Repeat with the other ball of dough, and refrigerate both for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 220ºC/420ºF.
Add zucchini
erythritol, cinnamon
and water to a pot and cook at medium high for about 15 minutes
(or until zucchini is soft and creamy).
Remove dough from the refrigerator – peel off one of the baking paper layers
cover with cooked zucchini
and cover with the other layer of dough.
Cut into slices
Bake for around 15 minutes or until golden.
While it’s baking, prepare the sauce.
Melt Erythritol
and butter at medium temperature until golden.
Add the whipping cream and stir until creamy.
Let it cool.
Dip in caramel sauce or eat by themselves
