Keto Banana Split In A Jar
Place the heavy whipping cream
and Swerve sweetener in a pot over medium heat on the stove. Whisk to combine.
Continue to cook the mixture until it thickens and comes to a light boil.
Remove the mixture from the heat, and stir in the banana extract, vanilla extract
and the gelatin. Whisk until completely combined, and let cool to room temperature.
Place the pudding mixture once it has cooled into the fridge for one hour.
Soften the ice cream slightly, and put a ¼ of a cup into the bottom of each jar.
Top the ice cream in each jar with an equal amount of the banana pudding mixture.
Add 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup to the top of the banana pudding in each jar.
Top each jar with two tablespoons of sugar free whipped cream
and some sugar free sprinkles.
Serve and Enjoy

- 2 tablespoon Choc Zero Chocolate syrup
- 4 tablespoon Sugar free whipped cream
- Sugar free sprinkles
- ½ cup Heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoon Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- ½-1 teaspoon Banana extract
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon Unflavored gelatin
