How to make keto caramel apple bread

Ingredients
 

For the “apples”:

  • 1 ½ Medium zucchini peeled and chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • ¼ C. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract

  • ¼ tsp. Xanthan gum

For the bread:

  • 2 C. Almond flour
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 tsp. Baking powder
  • 1 tsp. Baking soda
  • ½ C. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute

  • ½ Tbsp. Cinnamon

For the frosting:

  • 4 Tbsp. Butter softened
  • 3 oz. Cream cheese softened
  • ¼ C. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • ½ tsp. Caramel extract

Instructions
