How To Make Low Carb Funfetti Chaffle
Preheat a mini waffle maker.
Combine all of the ingredients for the funfetti chaffles into a mixing bowl
and whisk until well combined.
Place half of the batter mixture into the heated waffle maker
and cook for 3-5 minutes
or until it has reached your desired level of doneness.
Remove the first chaffle, and place the second half of the batter into the waffle maker.
Cook the second chaffle for 3-5 minutes until done.
Top the chaffles with some sugar free whipped cream
and a few sugar free sprinkles (couple of options either this one or this one) if desired.
