How To Make Keto Pizza Pockets
Stir together all ingredients for the dough.
Knead until smooth.
Divide the dough into two portions.
Take a portion and put in between sheets of parchment. Flatten the dough with a rolling pin.
Layer the ingredients for the filling on top of the flattened dough.
Fold the sides towards the center to close. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
Transfer the pizza pockets, fold side down onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350F
flipping halfway through the cooking time.

- 2 tbsp Coconut Flour

- 100 grams Italian Sausage, sliced
