Stir together all ingredients for the dough.

Ingredients

 

For the Dough

  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • ¼ cup Almond Flour
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • ¼ tsp Salt

For the Filling

  • 1/3 cup Sugar-Free Pizza Sauce
  • ½ cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • 100 grams Italian Sausage, sliced

Instructions

  1. Stir together all ingredients for the dough. Knead until smooth.
  2. Divide the dough into two portions. Take a portion and put in between sheets of parchment. Flatten the dough with a rolling pin.
  3. Layer the ingredients for the filling on top of the flattened dough. Fold the sides towards the center to close. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
