How to make keto chaffles
Preheat your mini waffle maker.
In a microwave safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese.
Heat at 30 second intervals until the cheeses are melted and completely combined.
Add the whey protein
2 tbsp Swerve confectioners sweetener
baking powder to the cheese mixture, and knead with your hands until well incorporated.
Place the dough into a mixing bowl, and beat the egg and vanilla into it until a smooth batter forms.
Put a third of the batter into the mini waffle maker, and cook for 3-5 minutes until your desired level of doneness has been reached.
Repeat step 5 with the remaining ⅔ of the batter, for a total of 3 chaffles made.
Beat together the ingredients
for the glaze topping
and pour over the chaffles before serving.
Serve

For the chaffles
- ½ cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 ounce Cream Cheese
- 2 tablespoon Unflavored whey protein isolate
- 2 tablespoon Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- ½ teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 Egg
For the glaze topping:
- 2 tablespoon Heavy whipping cream
- 3-4 tablespoon Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your mini waffle maker.
- In a microwave safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Heat at 30 second intervals until the cheeses are melted and completely combined.

I made this recipe this morning and I have to say they were amaaaaazing, great taste and texture. Luckily I had all the ingredients on hand, I tweaked it a little with cake batter flavoring and added Lily’ milk chocolate chips to my last bit of batter OMMMMMMG, it was delicious.
