How to make keto chaffles
Preheat your mini waffle maker.
Mix together all of the ingredients
except the whipped cream
and the baking chips in a mixing bowl.
Stir until well combined.
Place half of the mixture into the preheated mini waffle maker, and cook for 3-5 minutes until it is done to your liking.
Remove the first chaffle from the waffle maker, and place the second half of the batter into it.
Cook the second chaffle for 3-5 minutes until done.
Let the chaffles cool slightly, and then serve topped with sugar free whipped cream and a sprinkle of Lily’s baking chips for garnish if desired.

Keto Chaffle Peanut Butter Chocolate
Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 2 tablespoon Peanut butter butter
- 1 tablespoon Almond flour
- 1 tablespoon Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- ½ tablespoon Cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
- Sugar Free whipped cream for garnish if desired
- Lily’s baking chips for garnish if desired
Instructions
- Preheat your mini waffle maker.
- Mix together all of the ingredients except the whipped cream and the baking chips in a mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
