Keto Churro Recipes
Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees.
In a microwave safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese.
Heat for 30 seconds at a time until the cheeses are completely melted and well blended into a dough.
Knead the almond flour
Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
baking powder
and ½ teaspoon of cinnamon into the melted cheese mixture.
It is best to use your hands and be patient, as this can take a few minutes.
Blend the egg
and heavy whipping cream into the dough mixture until smooth.
Spoon the dough into a piping bag or other tool with a large star shaped decorators tip on the end.
Place 3-4 inch long strips of the dough onto a parchment lined tray.
Cook the churro sticks in the air fryer for 4-5 minutes per side or until each side is browned and the churro sticks are cooked through.
Brush the air fried churro sticks with the melted butter.
Mix together the granulated sweetener and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon in a small bowl.
