  • 2 Tbsp. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • ½ tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 ½ tsp. Baking powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Tbsp. Heavy whipping cream

For the topping:

  • 1 Tbsp. Butter melted
  • 2 Tbsp. Swerve granulated sweetener
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees.
  2. In a microwave safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Heat for 30 seconds at a time until the cheeses are completely melted and well blended into a dough.
